Wisconsin & Minnesota are well known for producing large mature ginseng roots. These roots are highly coveted in Asia. With our two stores located along the beautiful bluffs of the Mississippi River, we are able to selectively buy the best ginseng grown in the United States. Jason Wiebke has headed our Ginseng Division since 1998 and has expanded our buying to Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Virginia, Missouri, and Kentucky.

In addition to wild ginseng, we are large handlers of woods grown ginseng. When the price of wild ginseng is high, woods grown becomes an attractive product. We have the experience and knowledge to buy properly handled and aged roots.
